MSS: (EnableICMPRedirect) Allow ICMP redirects

Determines whether the system will modify its routing table in response to ICMP redirect packets. Allowing ICMP redirects creates a security vulnerability, as an attacker could use them to redirect traffic to a malicious host. Disabling this feature is recommended for enhanced security.
