MSS: (NoNameReleaseOnDemand) Ignore NetBIOS name release requests

This setting prevents the computer from releasing its NetBIOS name when it receives a name-release request from another computer on the network, except from a WINS server. This can help prevent a denial-of-service attack where a malicious actor attempts to take over a system's name.
