MSS: (SafeDllSearchMode) Configure Safe DLL search mode

This policy enables a more secure DLL search order for applications. When enabled, the search path is restricted, prioritizing system directories over the current working directory. This helps mitigate DLL preloading or hijacking attacks. This setting is enabled by default on modern Windows versions and should remain enabled.
