MSS: (ScreenSaverGracePeriod) Configure screen saver grace period

Specifies the time, in seconds, that can elapse after a screen saver becomes active before the workstation is locked. A grace period allows a user to dismiss the screen saver (by moving the mouse, for example) without re-entering their password. For security, this should be set to 5 seconds or less.
