MSS: (TcpMaxDataRetransmissions) Configure max TCP data retransmissions (IPv4)

Specifies the maximum number of times TCP will retransmit an unacknowledged data segment on an existing IPv4 connection. After this many retransmissions, the connection is aborted. The default value is 5.
