Attachments
Controls if attachments, other than PDF/FDF files, embedded inside PDF documents are allowed to open or launch via external applications. Not Configured and Enabled with 'Open and save permission are determined by a user defined list' have the same behavior. Users can change the value when it is set to Not Configured.
