Hyperlink access to the Internet
Global setting that controls if hyperlinks clicked inside PDF documents are allowed to access the Internet. Hyerlinks are disabled by default. Not Configured and Disabled have the same behavior of not allowing hyperlinks to access the internet. Users can change the value when it is set to Not Configured.
