Block User Library Trust in Protected View
Provides a method for admins to whitelist user libraries as trusted locations when Protected View is enabled. Protected View restricts features for all documents that do not reside in a trusted location. This new preference provides a way for admins to specify user-specific locations as trusted; in other words, documents with the path C:\Users\%username%\Desktop will open outside Protected View. For example, the user libraries Documents, Downloads, Desktop, and so on. When this preference is off, admins can only specify trusted locations which are static/identical for all users across their organization. Possible values include: 0: Trust user-specific locations. 1: Don't trust user-specific locations.
