Contextual Toolbar
Specifies whether to show the context toolbar (popup) when selecting a PDF object. When enabled, a popup, floating toolbar appears when a user interacts with a PDF. For example, selecting text displays text markup tools. Selecting an image displays sticky note and editing tools. Possible values include: 0: Don't show context toolbars. 1: Show toolbars.
