Save Signature to Cloud
Specifies whether to save a newly created signature in the cloud. When a user creates a new signature, the dialog offers the option to store the signature in the cloud for later use. This preference also controls saving user initials. Possible values include: 0: Show the Save Signature UI 1: Hide the Save Signature UI
