Remove Form Editing Tools (2019)
Specifies whether to remove the forms tools delivered with the October, 2019 release. Editing features are now part of the Form tools. For example, there are AddText and EditText tools in the Prepare Form top toolbar. Systems that encounter issues with these tools (or simply want them removed from the UI) can disable these new features. Possible values include: 0 or null: Do nothing. 1: Remove the AddText and EditText tools.
