Limit Informational Prompts

Specifies whether to limit the number of prompts a user will see in a 24 hour period. Prompts include items like tips, calls-to-action, and feature walk throughs. These are not necessarily upsell items. Possible values include: 0: Don't restrict informational prompts. 1: Limit prompts to 1 per day and 3 per week.
