Set to disable meeting chat when joining other cloud's meetings (Recommendation Setting)
Download ADMXDefault setting is disabled. If this setting is enabled, when joining other cloud's meetings, client will disable meeting chat if the EnforceSignInToJoin and OverrideEnforceSigninIntercloud flags are set. If this setting is disabled, when joining other cloud's meetings, client will not disable meeting chat. If this policy is not set, client will use the default setting.
