Download ADMXDefault setting is disabled. If this setting is enabled, client will ignore bandwidth limits which set by web or GPO/MSI. If this setting is disabled, client will not ignore bandwidth limits which set by web or GPO/MSI. If this setting is not set, client will use the default setting.
