Set the manual value of "Adjust for low light" (Recommendation Setting)
Download ADMXDefault policy is 20. This policy depends on EnableLightAdaption and EnableAutoLightAdaption, if EnableFaceBeauty is enabled and EnableAutoLightAdaption is disabled, SetLightAdaptionManualValue will take effect. If this policy is a valid integer within 0 to 100, client will use the integer as the the value of "Adjust for low light". If this policy is not set, client will use the default setting.
